MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1.1. The Member agrees to a rolling monthly membership, which continues indefinitely until cancelled by the Member.

1.2. This membership provides flexibility, allowing the Member to cancel at any time with a [7]-day notice period before the next billing cycle.

1.3. Membership fees and benefits apply only while the membership remains active.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

2.1. The membership fee is payable in monthly instalments via Stripe, with automatic renewal each month.

2.2. Payments are non-refundable, including for missed classes or unused time within a billing cycle.

2.3. The Member must ensure payment details remain valid and up to date. If a payment fails, the Member must update their payment method within 7 days or risk membership suspension.

2.4. If a membership is cancelled, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied.

3. CLASS BOOKING & EXCLUSIONS

3.1. The Member will receive a unique booking code, which must be used to book classes.

3.2. The booking code is non-transferable and must only be used by the registered Member.

3.3. Membership only applies to standard PlayFight School classes.

3.4. Membership does not include:

• Gradings

• Additional workshops

• Private coaching sessions

• Special events

• Merchandise

4. NON-TRANSFERABILITY & REFUNDS

4.1. Memberships are strictly non-transferable—they cannot be shared, sold, or given to another person.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for unused classes, missed sessions, or early cancellations within a billing cycle.

5. INJURY & MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

5.1. If the Member sustains a long-term injury that prevents participation, they may request a temporary membership pause.

5.2. To qualify, the Member must provide valid medical documentation.

5.3. If approved, the membership may be paused for a maximum of 3 months and will automatically resume once the Member has recovered.

5.4. This policy does not cover minor injuries or short-term absences.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1. Members may cancel their PlayFight Flex membership at any time with a [7]-day notice before the next billing cycle.

6.2. Cancellations must be submitted via email.

6.3. The Member’s access to classes will continue until the end of the paid billing period, after which the membership will be deactivated.

6.4. If a Member cancels and later re-joins, they will be subject to the current membership rates and terms at the time of re-enrollment.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

7.1. The Member agrees to follow PlayFight School’s code of conduct, which promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity.

7.2. Any behaviour that violates this code (including but not limited to harassment, unsafe conduct, or repeated no-shows) may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS & LIABILITY WAIVER

8.1. By enrolling in this membership, the Member confirms they:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

• Understand that PlayFight Flex is a rolling monthly membership and will continue unless cancelled.

• Acknowledge that PlayFight School is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or any other liabilities arising from participation in classes.

9. AMENDMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS

9.1. PlayFight School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to members.

9.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to the Member in advance via email or other official communication channels.
