PLAYFIGHT 12

12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1.1. The Member agrees to a 12-month commitment to the PlayFight School Membership Program.

1.2. This Agreement is non-cancellable, except under exceptional circumstances (see Section 6 - Injury & Membership Pauses).

1.3. The membership does not automatically renew or transition into a rolling agreement or new contract. At the end of the 12-month period, the Member must re-sign up to extend membership and continue receiving benefits.

2.PAYMENT TERMS

2.1. The Member agrees to pay a monthly membership fee of £170, payable via Stripe, with automatic monthly payments.

2.2. All payments are non-refundable, even if the Member does not attend any classes.

2.3. If a payment fails, the Member must update their payment details within 7 days, or their membership may be suspended.

3. CLASS BOOKING & EXCLUSIONS

3.1. The Member will receive a unique booking code, which must be used to book classes.

3.2. The booking code is non-transferable and must only be used by the registered Member.

3.3. Membership only applies to standard PlayFight School classes.

3.4. Membership does not include:

•Gradings

•Additional workshops

•Private coaching sessions

•Special events

•Merchandise

4. NON-TRANSFERABILITY & REFUNDS

4.1. Memberships are strictly non-transferable—they cannot be shared, sold, or given to another person.

4.2. No refunds will be issued for unused classes or early termination of the membership.

5. INJURY & MEMBERSHIP PAUSES

5.1. If the Member sustains a long-term injury that prevents participation, they may request a temporary membership pause.

5.2. To qualify, the Member must provide valid medical documentation.

5.3. If approved, the membership may be paused for a maximum of 6 months and will automatically resume once the Member has recovered.

5.4. In exceptional circumstances, where recovery from injury requires additional time beyond 6 months, PlayFight School will consider terminating the contract to release the Member from their obligation to pay.

5.5. This policy does not cover minor injuries or absences unrelated to injury.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

6.1. The Member agrees to follow PlayFight School’s code of conduct, which promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity.

6.2. Any behaviour that violates this code (including but not limited to harassment, unsafe conduct, or repeated no-shows) may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.

7. AGREEMENT TO TERMS & LIABILITY WAIVER

7.1. By signing this Agreement, the Member confirms they:

• Have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

• Understand that the 12-month commitment is binding and does not automatically renew.

• Acknowledge that PlayFight School is not responsible for injuries, lost property, or any other liabilities arising from participation in classes.

8. AMENDMENTS & NOTIFICATIONS

8.1. PlayFight School reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with reasonable notice to members.

8.2. Any significant changes will be communicated to the Member in advance via email or other official communication channels.
